PROBLEM 3:

Fast and easy distribution

According to RISMedia.com, nearly 60% of homes in the United States are purchased by people between the ages of 28 and 45-- the group most likely to expect instant access to information. If an agent fails to provide that information quickly, customers will leave and find one who does.

Realtors who use technology to stay connected with clients and prospects stay ahead of the curve, too. Email is the primary distribution channel for most, followed closely by social media and link sharing. Finding the right technology to streamline content distribution while covering every possible channel is a major challenge facing realtors today.
