PROBLEM 3.

Accessibility across multiple devices and platforms

According to Cisco Systems, there will be 1.4 mobile devices per capita by 2018. People will use multiple devices in sequence to learn new skills and tasks over time. For employees, mobile devices will offer more manageable, sequential learning modules.
Learning should be simple, fast, and fun. It requires an innovative approach to design and navigation while still supporting a responsive layout. Enabling multiple ways for employees (especially remote ones) to access learning materials is a great way to motivate them, too.
