PowerPoint presentations and classroom lectures aren’t nearly as effective as they were two decades ago. Millenials have technology and they know how to use it. Despite the wealth of online learning tools available today, problems occur when employees are forced to sit through antiquated lectures. They may have trouble retaining content, for example, which is not uncommon since 77% of people forget what they learn in six days.
