For training departments, there’s nothing more criminal than handing an employee an outdated training manual. Employees need access to the latest and greatest information to truly succeed in the workplace.
Although organizations are keen on digitizing business processes, employee training materials are still stored in outdated physical binders. Moreover, old-fashioned training programs are formulaic. With mobile apps, for example, live updates are automatically pushed to all employees from the convenience of their smartphones. This is especially handy for seasonal training plans (e.g. new promos, sales, etc).
