Shorter, better content



In general, people prefer short-form content on social media. It’s easier to share, digest, and it does a better job of keeping followers engaged.

Most people skim through online content. We can’t help it; the Internet’s gotten so crowded that our attention spans are getting even shorter. Long-form content still works (for audiences genuinely interested in learning more about a topic), but shorter content does a better job of capturing new customers’ attention.
