Meet our new
Membership Director,
Chris Bottomley!
We would like to welcome Augusta
native Chris Bottomley back to the
Atlanta National in his new role as
Membership Director. Chris is a past
member of the Atlanta National and
takes tremendous pride in the history
and culture the club. As a past member,
he could usually be found on the back
of the driving range or playing with
his son, Walker. His second child and daughter, Hagan, is currently
attending the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs.
Chris’s background includes 10 years of teaching golf professionally
at some of America’s best private country clubs, including Scioto
Country Club in Ohio. After golf, he was highly successful managing
sales forces in the Medical orthopedic and prosthetic fields in both
a multi-state level and national level for 15 years.
His passion for the Atlanta National is very evident and will be a
tremendous asset to our club. His high service experience and
background is symbiotic for both you the membership and Atlanta
National. Chris states, “I am extremely pleased to be associated
with the Atlanta National Golf Club. It has been a pleasure
reconnecting with friends at the club. It is my role as Membership
Director to continue insuring the prosperity and health of the
Atlanta National”. General Manager A.J. McGahee writes, “The skill
set Chris brings to Atlanta National will be of great service to the
club and membership. We are confident he brings true value to the
ANGC experience. Chris is the perfect fit as we organically grow
the membership for our current roster.”
