Junior Golf Success!
Big congratulations go out to Patmon
Malcom, age 7, son of club members,
Pat & Kim Malcom. Patmon who
only recently turned 7 has been “on
fire” in all of his junior golf events. No
player his age has amassed a better
tournament record year to date and
it’s highlighted by two, very big US
Kids regional tournaments in Florida
and Texas that he won. He was the
only player to shoot under par and
recorded a personal best 18-hole score of 67 at the event in Tampa,
Florida!
Patmon also recently advanced to the 2nd stage of qualifying for
the National Drive, Chip and Putt Championship hosted by Augusta
National Golf Club. He has two more stages to complete in order to
make it to Augusta for the Finals at the 2015 Masters Tournament!
We are very proud of both Patmon and his coach, White Columns
Assistant Professional, Chris McAlister! Keep up the good work and
thank you for representing White Columns and the Sequoia Club in
such a fine manner.
