The theme for Shelby's 2014 prom at the Kehoe Center was the "Roaring Twenties." At seven p.m., different kinds of cars and trucks lined up for Grand March. A highlight from the march was the entrance of Nate Yockey and Casey Yetzer: a band, led by Connor Thornton, performed a song on the bed of a truck.
Inside the Kehoe Center, couples danced to popular music and had the opportunity to take pictures in a photobooth.
Once the dance was over, students made their way to Shelby High School for afterprom. There, students enjoyed inflatables, a photobooth, and other food and games. The favorite part of afterprom, however, was the hypnotist.
