New Activity: Try something new. Have fun!
The longer you spend with someone, the more
everything becomes like a routine, and the
less effort we sometimes make so try any new
activity that works on either building or main-
taining the marriage, whether it’s dancing,
knitting, or shuffleboard, slowly but surely
become experts in an activity from start to
finish together.
O
Other Couples: Surround yourselves with
marriage oriented couples. Mutual married
friends, which are friends to both you and
your spouse, those that are accountable for
you and to you for both marriages. Support
systems that help hold you and your spouse up
when the tides get rough. A simple evening of
laughter and good food where love is the ob-
jective is always great for the soul.
