Travis caught a break and landed his
fi rst kitchen job at Prairie Ink Café at
15. There, chef Chris Kopp helped
shape a curiosity into a passion for
cooking. It brought joy into his life
when he needed it most. Now as
chef at Saddlery on Market he gets
great pleasure making people happy
with food. He loves seeing people
discover this special place on a night
out at the theatre. Red Seal certifi ed and head chef
at Hermanos, Mark is a testament
to hard work and creativity. His
new perspective on classic South
American cuisine gives it a fresh
edge. He loves being surrounded by
beautiful architecture everyday in the
centre of East Exchange. As Alfonso continues to make
his mark on the restaurant scene
with Argentinean style pizzas and
empanadas, he is appreciating
the bonds that are forming with
the community. His whole family
is enjoying getting to know regular
guests in the restaurant. Chef
Alfonso is a big fan of the district,
and loves seeing the mix of
residents and tourists rave about
this neighbourhood.
