helped out at her family’s

toast. At 17 she arrived
in Winnipeg to begin a
cooking career. Now, 10
years later she is at the grill
at her favourite steakhouse.
Amanda loves learning about
South American flavours,

and being part of a kitchen
team bursting with positive
creative energy.
