CAFÉ CARLO This 50-seat restaurant is a very popular
and influential neighbourhood bistro. Its cross-cultural,
Cal-Ital menu serves up southwestern tastes and textures
with pasta. Fett Chile—fettuccine tossed in chile cream
sauce—is a signature dish. Almost any dish can be
made gluten-free. Desserts made fresh on the premises.
