UBBA GUMP
The popular American restaurant, inspired by the film Forrest
Gump, has opened its doors in Canada. The new seafood spot
in West Edmonton Mall houses all of Forrest’s favourites, like
Shrimper’s Heaven (with coconut, grilled, crispy golden shrimp,
and tempura shrimp), and Jenny’s Catch with Lobster Butter
Sauce (tilapia laid over mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach),
as well as a variety of burgers, pastas, and salads. For dessert, try
Mama’s Bread Pudding, because “No one made it like Mama!”

You’ve likely noticed
your Instagram feed
sprinkled with photos of
impressive milkshakes
overflowing with
extravagant fixings,
such as full slices of
cheesecake, Nanaimo
bars, and cotton candy.
The culprit? ReGrub.
The pictures-or-it-didn’t-
happen milkshakes
are some of the most
colourful and over-the-top
edible treats you’ve seen on the ’gram.
This hotspot, hidden in busy Strathcona,
serves equally ludicrous burgers stuffed
with toppings like sunny-side-up eggs, mac
n’ cheese, and deep-fried cheddar cheese.
