In September of this year, Fresh Canvas Art Co. teamed up with
the city and launched the Rust Magic Street Mural festival. Over
just a few days, 14 large-scale murals were painted on the outside
walls of local business on Jasper Ave., Whyte Ave., in The Quarters,
and in the French Quarter. Local and internationally known
artists created boldly coloured works, in high-traffic areas, with
the aim of representing the spray-paint culture at its finest. Visit
