Brenda paints with watercolors, acrylics and oils creating large paintings on canvas.
Her paintings are inspired by the beauty of nature on the Central Coast, vacations and good
times remembered.
Brenda’s bright, bold and loose use of color and her sometimes whimsical subject matter are
meant to relate a feeling of cheerfulness, passion, energy, spirit and emotional charge in those
who come into contact with her artwork. “I want people to feel the dance that is within me.” 
Brenda has spent her life near the ocean and includes it in many of her paintings.
Brenda has been a greeting card artist, a portrait artist, an illustrator for childrens’ books, a
graphic designer, has painted public murals and is now a freelance painter.
