Who has been the greatest influence from your past to mentor you to this career?
I would say Boris Shoshensky and Don Sahli, both of whom are from the Russian School of Art. I

of knowledge moved me to make the commitment to become a full time artist.
Who is your mentor today, or another artist you admire and why?
There are so many, however Richard Schmid and his Alla Prima style puts him at the top of my
list. Also Birger Sandzen for his bold use of color.
What is your favorite surface to paint on? Describe it if you make it yourself.
Linen
What brand of paints do you use?
