Message from the Executive Director, Shannon Carter
Welcome to the June edition of Wheel World News! As you all know, the state of Arizona is no longer in "lockdown" and businesses are beginning to open their doors again - including us! We will be back in our office regularly starting this month. We are so excited to get back into the community and see you all again! Of course, we will still be practicing a safe and cleanly environment.
The AZSCIA is thrilled to announce that we are hosting our first in-person event since COVID-19. In the 'Current Events' section, read about our Summer Bingo Night that will be taking place this month. We will be observing social distancing and all precautions to help keep all our participants as safe as possible. Also, Permobil is hosting a virtual presentation of Cushion and Wheelchair Care and Maintenance this month. Be sure to visit pages 3-4 for more details on all upcoming events. We hope to see you there!
