Living Healthy with SCI:
Fall/Winter Series 2018/19
Living Healthy with SCI is a monthly educational series that is centered around helping individuals with SCI live a healthy and proactive life. We will be featuring various topics centered around the ideas of health, mentally and physically.
Each month, we will be featuring a topic lead by an expert in their field. In each class session, participants will be able to interact with the speaker, ask questions, and mingle with others. Be sure to stay tuned for the upcoming classes planned for the Fall/Winter Series! We hope you'll join us!
The Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association is very excited to announce the return of our educational class series, "Living Healthy with SCI": Fall/Winter Series 2018/19!
*Due to the how busy the month of December tends to be because of the holidays, there will be no "Living Healthy with SCI " class held that month. The series will continue January 2019.*
