The Next Step's second series of their Self-Preservation Classes start the August 25th and end November 17th. They will be held at Shooter's World starting at 2pm. Come join us to learn some techniques to not only defend yourself but also to make sure you're attacker will do you no harm. These are "hands on" techniques. Not only will you see the moves performed you will also have the chance to perform the moves. Don't miss out folks! Classes are free of charge!

for Wheelchair Users- October 27th
There’s no better way to refresh the spirit than a hike in the wonderful outdoors! Join us for Exploring Arizona adaptive hiking series at the scenic Mogollon Rim in Payson. All trails are accessible. Transportation, if needed, will be offered for a nominal fee. Family and friends are welcome to join!
Cost: $10 per person plus one family member. Transportation, if needed (roundtrip from Ability 360): $15 per person. Bring a sack lunch and water.
