Class Summary: Drum Circle is about holding the space for individuals to explore their role in the community to give license and empowerment and to create a sacred space where demographics fade and people connect. Our foundations are based in the practice of treating each person as a member of larger system which we call the community and really focusing our energies on empowering individuals to make the place where they live the best community. We are in essence saying that if we as individuals feel better, the community feels better. It is this foundation where community wellness equals person wellness that really questions the bigger picture of how we view community.
All participants will have their own drum to use during class.
Class will be held 5:30 PM-7:30 PM in the Ability360 Conference Room
