BLM does not need new language to enter into an agreement to have volunteers help BLM manage, darting or monitoring. But new language is needed to create a massive new subsidy, one HMA at a time.

This all gets a bit complicated. Can you handle the truth? This agenda has run not only unchallenged, but often aided, by advocacy itself.

This is the real threat to any "wild" wild one.

Federal jurisdiction is resented. It is often misrepresented. History is as crucial to comprehension as is understanding the law and protocols of today.

The direct threats to wild horses are twofold. Killing them and sending to slaughter (commercial product) for profit essentially creates a massive profit driven enterprise subsidized by millions of dollars off the tax payer. Turning over management of wild horses, one herd at a time, to livestock operators creates another massive subsidy for industry.

Kill wild horses and take over management. It has been an agenda in full force for two years.
