Overnight
chia seed
pudding
Ingredients
• ¼ cup chia seed
• ½ cup Goodday Low Fat Milk
or Goodday Fresh Milk
• 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
• 1 tbsp of assorted roasted
nuts (almond, pumpkin seed,
granola) – Adjust to your
preference
• Fruits of your choice
(banana, kiwi, mango,
strawberry). Adjust to your
preference
Method
1. In a jar or bowl, mix well chia
seed and Goodday Milk.
2. Cover and put the mixture in the
fridge overnight. The chia
pudding should be nice and thick,
not liquid.
3. Top it with peanut butter, nuts
and fruits the next day and enjoy
it fresh!
Tips:
Chia pudding can be stored for up to 5-7
days in an airtight container in the
refrigerator.
