Physical fitness (PF) is the set of abilities that allow you to perform any daily activity effectively and without becoming too tired.

The four factors that directly affect your physical fitness level are: physical activity, nutrition, sleep and bad habits.

This fitness enables you to undertake activities like walking to school, skating down the street and carrying a shopping basket.
