COMING UP...
In our Christmas programme is a children’s show
aimed to give our littlest audiences members a gentle
and exciting introduction to theatre. ‘Jack and the
Beans Talk’ by Garlic Theatre is a fresh and funny
retelling of the traditional childrens story. Using
Award Winning Puppetry this show is designed for
children ages 3-7 and aims to create the perfect
family environment for first time theatre goers.
Central Youth Theatre (CYT)
is Wolverhampton’s longest
running youth theatre
We offer opportunities for young
people aged 8-25yrs
These include:
• Weekly workshops
• The chance to take part in stage
productions and film projects
• Backstage, technical, costume
and stage design training
Jack lives on a small farm with his mum and very little • The chance to perform at
international festivals
to eat. Imagine his surprise when he swaps his cow • Work experience opportunities
for some magic beans and starts to hear a whispering
in the breeze and a giant rumble in the sky. From the
company that brought you Shoe Kangaroo and the
Big Bad Boot, Billy Goats Gruff and There’s A Monster
in My Piano and now Jack and the Beans Talk, their
storytelling is charming and inventive with plenty
of interaction, an enormous beanstalk, bags of gold
and a smelly old giant. Jack and the Beans Talk is a
cautionary tale about what might happen if you throw
things out of the window! This show is coming to NAC

There will also be a Christmas market & craft fair
running alongside this festive theatre production
on Sunday the 9th December, where you can enjoy
festive food treats and start that all important
