May Half-Term Children’s Activities Come to NAC this half term to experience a range of fun and creative activities that explore our place in the world! Look out for more exciting activities from around the world in our summer programme. Please note these workshops have very limited spaces so booking is essential. Parents and carers are advised to stay for the 4-8yrs sessions. Ki d’ s m ea ls ju st £2 .5 0! fe @ jes te rs Ca Print Planet with Jacky Fellows Tues 28th May - 10am-12pm for 4-8 yrs & 1-3pm for 7 - 11yrs Using images from the natural world as inspiration, create Funky Foam printing plates and stamps of birds, flowers, bees and butterflies, and print our pictures Admission: £3 per child Creative Portraits with Kom Achall Wed 29th May- 10am-12pm for 4-8 yrs & 1-3pm for 7 - 11yrs Come and explore an exhibition of work related to Asian Heritage Month, and be inspired to create portraits of you and your family using a range of creative fabrics from around the world. Admission: £3 per child Rio Carnival Masks with Lindsay Pritchard Thurs 30th May - 10am-12pm for 4-8 yrs Designed especially for the younger ones this workshops explores collage, feathers, fabric and other media to create colourful and flamboyant rio carnival masks. Admission: £3 per child NAC’s Under the Sea Drop-in Friday 31st May- 10-12pm or 1-3pm (3yrs+) Take a dip in the ocean with NAC this half term with a range of creative activities that t h e TOTAL PRIZE MONEY £800 using a professional etching press. p a i n t WOLVERHAMPTON SAT 22 rd - SUN 23 rd JUNE Calling all artists & photographers make a mermaid, use your handprints in creative ways, and much more! can you create a masterpiece in just on day? Sessions are drop-in, so come and do as many as you would like. Featuring an expert judging panel, prize money & a public exhibition of your work! take their inspiration from the creatures that live underwater.
