Life is good in the Food Court…Nina is out all week so it's going to be a bit crazy over here, but I’m sure our crew is up to the task. Specials this week include a pulled pork sandwich in the 406 Grill and vegetarian pumpkin empanadas at Casa Nina.

Hello from the Food Zoo! The baked potato bar was a hit and the comments from the students were positive! This Saturday we will be serving pre-game to our fabulous football team (we are thinking that our omelets are the good luck charm this year!) Next week’s event will be the Monster Madness Omelet bar so if you have a chance drop in for a ghoulish treat!
We will be having a BBQ at the Corner Store for the Eco Rep Sustainable Food Educational group. We will be barbequing for a group of about 40. The event will be 5:30-7pm. Remember the Farmers Market is on Friday the 25th. We will be running a meat loaf sandwich as a special next week in honor of Food Day. Plans are under way for some fun thing on Halloween. Get ready!
We are still playing catch up, trying to stock up on cookies, brownies, muffins and pizza. We will be making desserts for the Montana Wine and Beer Festival along with gearing up for another football game on Saturday.
Think Tank is gearing up for Food Day next week. We have a different delicious espresso special each day! Also on special, our local Tipu’s Chai, 50 cents off any size! Stop by and check us out! It’s also Food Week! In honor of food day, Biz Buzz and Recess will be offering a unique drink special every day this week! Stop by on Tuesday and get a 16oz “Bitterroot Huckleberry” mocha special. On the 24th we will be serving a yummy roast beef Panini with caramelized onions and melted cheddar cheese!
UMC has VB vs MSU on Monday Night @7pm, Thursday 24th Macklemore and Ryan Lewis Concert at 8pm, Friday Soccer At 3pm, Football vs. Eastern Washington 10/26th @1:30p, and Soccer on Sunday 10/27 3pm. Food Truck is doing its regular shifts at Missoula College West and Late Night Service behind the Lommasson.
We have a Volleyball Pre-Game Meal on Monday. Tuesday starts Well Check and it goes through Thursday. On Friday they will be at the Missoula College. Don’t forget to get your flu shot. You don’t need an appointment, just a picture ID and your insurance card. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will be at the Adams Center on Thursday. It’s going to be a great show! The Montana Beer and Wine Festival is on Friday. And we have another home game on Saturday against Eastern Washington. That will be a tough one. Go Griz!!
