Next week at the Food Zoo we will be transforming into the glitz and glitter of Fabulous Las Vegas for our luncheon omelet bar and extra special menu. Prime rib, peel and eat shrimp, oysters Rockefeller a chocolate fountain and much, much more. Plus, we have karaoke and special appearances by the Zoo’s own Rat pack. Lots of prizes and giveaways so join us 11-1:30, Wed May 7th !

We are starting to bulk prep for graduation, lots of cakes!. We also will be making triple chocolate terrine for five valleys which is 500 people. Stop by the food zoo this week for a Vegas themed omelet bar.
Well the sun is shining and it finally feels like summer! I cannot believe we only have one more week before finals! At Biz Buzz and Recess we are just moving right along trying to get both units ready to be closed all summer.
Sunday kicks off UMC’s activities with Volleyball tournament in the Adams Center. Friday UMC will be at the Tom Gage Classic at Dornblaser Field while the Food Truck will be serving the Oval for Spring Thaw. Saturday May 10 UMC will be in the Washington Grizzly Stadium serving the Blaze football game. Kick off is at 4pm. Golf Course is also getting its feet off the ground. Catering is starting Graduation Parties this week. There is a Senior Send off in the UC Garden on Monday. Stress Less is going on in the UC Atrium, if you get a chance come and pet the Therapy Dogs, they will make you feel so much better about the semester coming to an end. Well Check continues this week in the UC also. Business Advisory Council starts on Thursday and continues through Friday. And we finish out the week with the Five Valley’s Land Trust Banquet on Saturday. Then it is Finals Week!
