Next week the Food Zoo will be closed for steam week, we will be offering complimentary coffee for Lommasson Center staff and faculty.
Welcome to steam week…The Food Court hours of operation will be 11am-2pm Monday through Friday. Casa Nina and the 406 Grill will be open. The Food Truck will be out on the Library mall on Wednesday and Thursday as well. The have the wild land fire conference all week so we should be very busy. The Landfire conference and Law School Graduation is next week. We will be baking 1200 sub rolls, six full sheet cakes, 90 dz cookies, 300 tiramisu cups and 300 chocolate mousse cups.
Thanks to my awesome students finals week went really smoothly at biz Buzz and Recess! Friday is the last day Recess and Biz Buzz will be open for the summer. Think Tank will also close its doors on Friday, but just through steam week. We will do some deep cleaning and price checking during that time.
Next week food truck will be between UC and library from 11-1:30 on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday from 6:30-8:30 the truck will be in front of the Adams center with breakfast burritos. Concessions is breaking down the stadium. Golf course food and beverage are open everyday during the summer. We're open at 8, closing times will vary.
We have the Large Wildland Fire Conference for 600 people starting on Monday and goes through Friday. We will be busy with that one. We have a couple of other small event scattered throughout the week. And we finish out with the Law School Graduation on Saturday. Happy Summer Break!
