More to celebrate...from Natasha:
•We had our first harvest of the year in the garden on Feb 27th! I harvested a beautiful bag full of spicy mixed greens for a catering dinner.
•We are beginning to start plants for the garden – our onions have already germinated and are growing happily in the UC office “greenhouse.”
•Student interns and volunteers have contributed over 60 hours of service to the UMD garden project (mostly helping with composting and microgreens production) THIS SEMESTER!
