Next week at the Food Zoo we are looking forward to our big event on Wednesday, March 12th. Our Family Favorites will be served at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our student guests submit their family recipes which are evaluated and tested prior to the event. The dishes served will have the name of the item, student name and hometown. Stop in and vote for your favorites !
Business as usual in the Corner Store...Can’t believe how fast this year has flown by. We look forward to having another Farmers Market in the near future. Details to follow soon.
Family Favorites is Wednesday at the Food Zoo; we will be making kit kat bars and white chocolate raspberry desserts. The bakery will also be making desserts for Odyssey of the Stars,a variety of pies for the Pi LAN party, and many other baked goods for catering events.
This has been a crazy week for Biz Buzz and Recess after the snow day on Friday but we are finally caught up! Next week we will be concentrating on our specialty drink menu. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

Next week UMC will be focusing on cleaning up from the end of the regular basketball seasons. UMC will also begin entering our info into the NACC (National Association of Collegiate Concessionaires) survey. The Food Truck is still trucking outside the Lommasson building Sundays through Thursdays from 9pm to Midnight and weekdays at the West Missoula College 8:30a-12:30p. Stop by and say hello!
Catering is enjoying a semi quiet week. We have a President Lecture Series talk on Wednesday and the Odyssey of the Stars on Saturday for our two big events. We want to wish Cristin a Happy Birthday on Wednesday and Nancy a Happy Birthday on Friday!
