Happy spring break everyone! The Food Court hours will be 11am-2pm Monday thru Friday this week. We have the American College Dance Festival this week so it should keep us busy. What’s Cooking in the Food Zoo for next week ? Nothing ! We will be closed from Fri at 6pm until we re-open at 5pm on Sunday April 6th. Actually though we will be doing some cooking in the form of bulk prep, and we will also be here all week for planning and cleaning.
We will be closing at 5pm on Friday and start getting ready for spring break. Hope everyone enjoys the time off. We look forward to a great rest of the semester.
Next week we will be bulk prepping many items such as muffins, cookies, croissants, scones, breakfast bread and cakes. We also will be producing freeze stable desserts for upcoming big events such as Five Valleys, Orso luncheon, and Employee Recognition Lunch.
Happy Spring Break Everyone! Next week Recess will be closed. Biz Buzz will be open Monday-Thursday 7:30-2:00 and Friday 7:30-12:00. We will be closed here at Think Tank for the break as well. As winter loses it’s grasp upon on us may we reflect upon the past with fond memories and live in the moment of spring’s new beginnings and dream of the summer to come.
Next Saturday we have an all day rugby tournament that the Food Truck will be servicing. We will also be cleaning up from Home and Garden Show. Circus is coming up next, as well as the spring FB scrimmage on 4/12.
Catering is going to be taking some time to do some deep cleaning in all of our areas. We are also getting our freezers stocked with some bulk prep items. Our wonderful chefs will be doing some menu development for special upcoming events. Happy Spring Break. Take a deep breath. We are now in the home stretch of the semester.
