Next week at the Food Zoo we will be open for lunch Monday-Friday, 11:30-1:00. We are excited to roll out our reusable to-go container for summer use. Simply stop in at the UM Dining front office, put $20.00 in Bear Bucks on your Griz card and we will provide a complimentary to-go container. Now you can enjoy the 30% Bear Bucks discount at the door, take your meal outside with you on sunny days, or back to your office on those busy days.
Next week Concessions will be cleaning the Adams Center concession stands and prepping for the concert. Food Truck will not be in action this week. Golf Course has the Ice Dogs Golf Tourney Sunday and the BOLF tourney on Saturday.
We are busy working on new recipes for fall, completing price checks and retail store stuff. I am also planning special events for the store in the fall. Let’s have some fun!
Think Tank has two specials next week: iced peaches Italian soda and banana split mocha. This weeks quote-Your time is limited, don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living the result of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinion drowned your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition, they somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.
We have a couple of small conferences early in the week. We also have a retirement party at Blossom’s Bed and Breakfast on Wednesday. Other than that we are enjoying that wonderful sun when we venture out of the building.
The Bakery is making pizza dough and dirt pudding for the football camp in the Food Zoo next week. We are also prepping for the first orientation.
