Next week should be smooth sailing in the Food Court. The student staff will be heading up our semi- annual cleaning projects and we are looking forward to Noodles Express joining us in August! Quote: When the going gets tough the tough get going! – Popular Proverb

Next week we have many smaller groups joining us in the Food Zoo, so that means we will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. It’s going to be hot, so let us do the cooking. Dinners include pot roast, meat lasagna and Vietnamese meatballs. Lunches include tacos, lemon pepper cod and BBQ chicken.

The summer is flying by…really fast. Working on hiring, new items and planning for fall. Have a wonderful three day weekend.

Getting ready for the NACCB Conference for 1000 people which will serve a variety of breakfast pastries and desserts. We are also making dessert for the Department of Defense luncheon on Tuesday and making more wedding cakes for next weekend.

Here at TT we are going to be missing Rebecca as she will be vacationing. We’re also planning for fall semester. Next week’s special will be a toasted mellow mocha.

UMC is prepp’ing for the Paul McCartney concert/upcoming fall events by finalizing stand menus, schedules and orders. Currently we’re still on the recruit for 34 stand positions. The Food Truck will be serving a fair menu to Darby for the Elite Professional Bull Riders event which is part of the bull riding circuit stretching throughout the Northwest. The Golf course is hopping with the nice sunny weather.

The Missoula Police Department in conjunction with our Public Safety are holding a DNA Training Course here on campus Tues and Wed. We also have Griz Nite on Thursday, and starting the Biology Conference on Saturday.
