Next week at the Food Zoo we will be like all UM Dining operations, heads down and moving fast to take care of all the guests . This will be an interesting week with all the shuffling of talent, but by Wednesday it will just be another day. We are looking forward to providing great guest service and satisfaction, and returning a bundle to our bottom line !
We are frantically trying to get lunch shifts filled, updating like diagrams and instruction for the bizzzillion new items we will have. (Really not a bizzillion) Time is ticking quickly. Yeaks!
The bakery is making cookie pucks for all the welcome back festivities, its almost that time. We are making 3 oz specialty cookies for the PMC. In case you haven’t heard Paul McCartney is coming to Missoula!

UMC is prepping and serving the 60th annual Missoula Antique and Gun show August 1st -3rd. Open to the public from 10am-7pm Friday and Saturday. 10a-3p Sunday. The Griz Food Truck will be out on the Oval for the Family Fun Fair event from 12p-4p on Saturday August 2nd. The Golf course will be serving Sentinel High School golf tournament on Friday the 1st. AND let’s not forget we are in the last 10 days before Paul McCartney. The count down begins!
