There is a small Law Conference on Friday, and we finish out with a wedding at the Heritage Hall, Fort Missoula.

Its going to be rockin’ in the Food Court this week…

The North America Congress for Conservation Biology (NACCB) conference will be keeping us very busy on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Keep watch for work to begin on the Noodle Express kiosk that will be opening this fall semester.

Gail is back in the store next week and will be working on assessing menu formats for the fall to be sure that we are ready to go. There will also be lights cleaning and floor stripping going on in the store next week.

Next week we expect to have a lot of visitors from the conference. Stop in and see us. Our own contracted groups start a little slow early in the week and then jump to around the 300 guest range as of Wednesday night. We are moving rapidly towards our August return of students, and everything will be very busy as we handle our special events and prepare to welcome back our seasoned employees and train our new hires.

Food truck will be in front of the Dennison Theater serving breakfast from 7-10a and on the library mall from 11:30-1:30p serving lunch Monday-Wednesday. Golf course will be open regular hours. Concessions is working hard mapping out the PMC concert.

The Bakery is keeping busy with the NACCB conference. We are making 400 chocolate mousse desserts and 400 tiramisu’s. We’re also working on a lot of pizza dough for the Food Zoo, as it seems that our pizzas have been quite popular this summer.

Biz Buzz will be open Monday, July 14th , Tuesday, July 15th and Wednesday, July 16th from 7:30 am-1:45pm. We are getting a lot of guests from the NACCB conference in the UC. The Think Tank is also open with a toasted marshmallow mocha special.
