Coming next week

We would like to welcome Bobbie Baker to the Food Court team. She has been with us for the last two semesters as a student employee, and has now joined the classified ranks as our new lead cashier. I’m sure you will all meet her soon enough but come by and say hello if you can. As we all know the Sir Paul show is the big event next week…should be fun for all. The Food Zoo is happy to announce a Special Menu the day of the Paul McCartney Concert, Tuesday, August 5th. Lunch entrée features include Vietnamese Meatballs and Vegetarian Lasagna with Chicken Tikka Masala on our Gluten Free service line. Dinner entrée features are Roast Chicken, Red Curry Pork and Ratatouille.

The Corner Store is feverously working on getting the schedule filled and planning finalized for opening week. Time is ticking!

This week we will be making desserts for various events surrounding the Paul McCartney concert. We also are still trying to get as much bulk prep done before school starts and make 4,000 cookie pucks in preparation for the welcome back event

Well it’s concert time so while the bell is ringing in the college square and the rabbit’s on the run, the jailer man and sailor Man are searching everyone, stop over at Think Tank for an iced mocha, latte, or Americano and sit here in the sun.

Here’s what's cooking! Monday: PMC set-up; Tuesday: PMC Show; Wednesday: SLEEP; Thursday: Cleanup PMC; Friday: Clean up PMC. Nice and easy!

We are all about Sir Paul McCartney this week. Then we go straight to two small conferences for the remainder of the week. No rest for the wicked!
