Next week at the Food Zoo we are very excited to present our Orso Family lunch on Wednesday, featuring our interactive risotto bar, and some very special musical entertainment for our guests. We’ll be all decked out for the occasion with a spectacular menu.
Spring Break flew by. We are getting ready for some fun specials revolving around earth week using all FTC items. We will also be holding a Farmers Market on Friday April 25th. Watch for details coming soon.
Next week we have many catering events to make desserts for such as the President's Lecture Series, Montana Supreme Court Dinner, and the dark horn chapter banquet. Stop by the Food Zoo Wednesday for delicious tiramisu and olive oil cake .

Spring break is over and it's back to the grind here at the Think Tank as well. If you need to give 3 pm the feather, come over and try the new awake caffeinated chocolate bar.
Friday and Saturday the Shrine Circus is in town! Friday there are two shows, 3pm and 7pm. Saturday the shows are 11am, 3pm, and 7pm. Gates open 1 hour prior to show times. Saturday is also the Griz Football Spring Scrimmage. Gates open at 4:45pm with kickoff at 6pm. $5 entrance fee and a pre-game tailgate available from 4 to 6 pm.
Catering picks up next week. Tuesday is Taboo Series: Witchcraft, an educational look into "taboo" rituals and traditions practiced in some societies, yet forbidden and illegal in others. Free and open to the public from 7 pm in the UC. On Wednesday is the President’s Lecture Series featuring Rowena Xiaoqing He. He will be speaking about China. Thursday is the Race and Creative Writing Conference and a new Art Gallery Opening. Friday is UMCUR and Montana Supreme Court Dinner. Saturday we have the Grad Student Research Conference, and the Spring Scrimmage Football game at 4pm.
