Teaching and education is a growing sector, not only in the UK but
around the world, and universities in particular are competing in a
global market. There are frequent changes to teacher training so it’s
worth keeping abreast of entry requirements which include fast-track
routes for some. For many jobs you need a degree but some roles can
be entered at a lower qualifications level and there are support roles
too, for example admissions officer or school lunchtime supervisor.
