Chelsea FC have had most of their success come in recent years. In the past 10 years, they have been one of the most successful english clubs. Now standing as one of the biggest clubs in the world, I ask where their success comes from....
Chelsea FC is an English football who have spent a lot of money to reach the point they are at now. Founded in 1905, they have spent 100 years under the colour blue. Nicknamed the Blues, they have set many records that other clubs hope to reach for.
Chelsea have set many different records. With their highest goalscorer, Frank Lampard, as their regular captain, they have brought much success to the west side on London. With the record of highest finished position in the Premier League (95 points), they have proven they are a deadly force.
Why Chelsea?
The reason I have chosen Chelsea is because they are the other type of team that I hope to look into. Chelsea have been a purely financial club. By using their owners money intelligently, they have pushed themselves to be a top force in Europe.
