Outings
Some highlights from our outings this year include becoming real“ artists” for the day at the Frank Joubert Art Centre. We discovered the techniques used by famous artists after spending the morning allowing our creative juices to flow!
To link with our theme of sea animals and conservation we visited the Hout Bay Museum where we discovered some interesting facts about the different creatures found in rock pools. We also got the chance to sink our toes into the sand and explore the rock pools on our own private beach!
up in our fairy, pirate and mermaid attire, singing pirate songs and dancing pirate jigs. We stepped aboard our“ make-believe” ship. We were greeted by some scary hairy pirates who guided us through safety tips and warned us not to step out of line or we’ d have to walk the plank!
