Consultations on the Country Strategic Plan (CSP, 2017-2021) were held throughout the year and provided a
unique platform for further engagement with the Government and development partners on WFP's strategic
direction for the coming years, including WFP's continued shift from direct implementation to capacity development
and policy support.
