IOM, to ensure a coordinated response.
SCOPE has the potential to serve as a central platform to track and manage information for all returnees, IDPs and
refugees in terms of both numbers reached and assistance provided. There is potential to allow the Government
and the humanitarian community to share a common platform, providing insight and contributing to better
programme design and reporting. This step could ensure a coherent and cost-effective humanitarian response to
this crisis.
