rural livelihoods and community asset creation; provision of social services on an equitable basis – programmes to
treat moderate acute malnutrition of children and pregnant and lactating women are implemented through the
Government's basic package of health services programmes at clinics across the country; and securing social
equity and investing in human capital – vocational skills training to enhance workforce participation and school
