WFP, with support from partners, continued to inform communities about the programme through consultations,
awareness-raising sessions and information boards that were set up at project sites. For those who had missed
the consultations, WFP’s toll-free hotline assisted in providing any information required. In addition, WFP and
cooperating partners set up help desks at distribution points to address individual questions and concerns about the
programme. As no outcome monitoring was done in January 2016, the protection indicators were not measured.
However, WFP ensured that the protection measures were implemented in the project activities of PRRO
200875 as a continuation of the CR-EMOP.
