BBA Approval
As one of the leading EWI system manufacturers in the UK, Wetherby have a wide selection of
approvals from the British Board of Agrement.
Despite having one of the widest ranges of External Wall Insulation Systems in the UK, we are proud
to be actively involved in numerous Research and Development projects, that will allow us to keep
at the forefront of our industry for many years to come. New product development and testing is a
very valuable investment to our company and we are always looking for innovative, cost effective
alternatives to traditional EWI and render activities.
The WBS EPSICON External Wall Insulation System is covered
by B.B.A. Certificate No 03/4058, onto a variety of insulants for a
minimum life expectancy of 30 years.
The WBS EPSITEC & WBS EPSIWALL External Wall Insulation
System is covered by B.B.A. Certificate No 09/4625 Detail Sheet
1 & 2, with a minimum life expectancy of 30 years.
The WBS EPSIBRICK-7 External Wall Insulation System is covered
by B.B.A. Certificate No 14/5137, onto a variety of insulants for a
minimum life expectancy of 30 years.
The EPSILINE Internal Wall Insulation System is covered by B.B.A.
Certificate No 15/5193, and covers dot and dab, mechanical fix, timber
batten and furring channel application methods.
WBS Silicone & Acrylic systems have received certification for
European Technical Approval from the DIBT, Germany which is an
EEC wide accepted equivalent to B.B.A. standard.
Wetherby have been certified by The Loss Prevention Certification
Board (LPCB). The LPCB is the leading international Certification Body
in the fields of security and fire protection.
