New CEO Announced for IPP Logipal and PRS
Mr. Gerard Rohaan has been named as CEO of IPP Logipal and PRS operations of Pooling Partners.
Mr. Rohaan graduated from University of Twente in 1991 where he received his Master’s Degree in Applied Physics.
He started his business career at Unilever where he has gained retail experience by carrying out various roles; starting as Process and Quality Improvement Manager followed by Plant Manager roles and finally active as Category/Trade Marketing Manager. After that, Mr. Rohaan has been active in various consultancy and general management positions at McKinsey & Company, Shell, and Stork. During the last two years, he gained entrepreneurial experience as CEO of VPS, a global leader in fuel testing and bunker quantity survey.
With his strong track record, we believe Mr. Rohaan is a strategic leader who thinks beyond the obvious. He connects with people and motivates teams, dealing with complexity and driving change. This will prove to be very useful and valuable to develop Pooling Partners’ IPP and PRS pooling activities.
