48forty Solutions acquires Oregon Pallet

ALPHARETTA, Ga. – WPA-member 48forty Solutions, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity and a leading national provider of recycled pallets and pallet management services, has acquired Oregon Pallet Repair, Inc, Bailey Pallet, LLC, and Oregon Wood Fibre Recycling, LLC (together “Oregon Pallet”). This is the third acquisition 48forty has completed since Audax’ investment in November 2020.

Headquartered in Salem, Oregon, Oregon Pallet is a provider of recycled wood pallets and pallet services. Oregon Pallet was established in 1998 by owners Bryce and Carly Taylor. Since its inception, the company has firmly positioned itself as one of the leading pallet recyclers in the region. Specializing in reconditioned and remanufactured pallets and wood recycling services, Oregon Pallet plays an integral role in supporting customers across a diverse set of industries. Bryce and Carly Taylor, along with their employees, will be joining the 48forty team.
