TransPak Acquires Barrier Corporation

San Jose, California-based TransPak recently announced its acquisition of Barrier Corporation, an Oregon-based foam converting company. The firm stated that the move solidified it as "a one-stop shop and total post-production solution for our customers - meaning more cost savings and fewer suppliers to manage."

TransPak further noted that the acquisition would provide a more secure access to foam material in the face of a shortage due to COVID-19.
