Women in the Industry Luncheon
The Women in the Industry Luncheon is a first of its kind event for the WPA Annual Meeting and the industry. Held Sunday afternoon, this luncheon creates space for women to step away from the pace of the conference and engage in personal and professional conversations with their peers.
The luncheon features guest speakers Jenna Hermans and Dr. Niree Kodaverian, two voices offering distinct but complementary perspectives on leadership and professional growth. Together, they bring experience that spans the realities of leading both inside and outside the workplace.
The luncheon is intentionally designed to feel open and substantive. It is not a keynote in disguise, nor a networking obligation. Instead, it’s a setting that encourages listening, reflection, and honest exchange among women at different stages of their careers, from owners to emerging leaders shaping what comes next.
