Rotochopper also participated in the EPIC (Exploring Potential Interest & Careers) event at the end of October. Here, Rotochopper employees engaged with students about careers in welding and manufacturing. The company contributed steel cutouts for a hands-on welding project, and its employees assisted in teaching welding techniques.
This series of events showcased the dynamic and evolving nature of the manufacturing industry. It underscored the industry's technological advance- ment, sustainable practices, and the many career opportunities it offers, celebrating the diversity of modern manufacturing.

Schwab brings a wealth of leadership experience and invaluable expertise that will amplify Professional Pallet’s current business operations and help position the company for long-term success. Prior to his current role at CrimStone Partners (a Dallas-based private equity firm), Mr. Schwab served for 12 years as President & CEO of Pallet Logistics of America (a CrimStone portfolio company), a manufacturer and recycler of wooden pallets and packaging serving the South-Central United States.
Mr. Schwab is also the former Chairman of the National Wooden Pallet and Container Association, Chairman of PALNET, and served for five years as an officer in the United States Navy. Read more.
